I hereby agree to enter and have available for viewing my unoccupied model in the 2026 Lee Parade of Homes™ and remit payment for models entered. The promotion, advertising, and administration of the 2026 Parade of Homes will be handled by the Lee Building Industry Association (Lee BIA).
The Lee BIA is not responsible for any damage to the model(s) and its contents. The builder agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Lee BIA from and against any loss, claim, or damage as a result of injury to any person(s) caused, in whole or in part, by any neglect or default whatsoever.
The builder agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Lee BIA. The builder understands the entry must be completely finished by judging dates or the entry will not be judged. All decisions regarding rules, applications, judging procedures, and violations will be made by the Lee BIA and are final and binding. The Lee BIA reserves the right to deny any model for judging purposes only.
The builder acknowledges that the model(s) to be entered into the Parade of Homes™ is the result of an original design and that they are the sole owner of such design and have exclusive rights, including copyright, in and to the design represented in the structure, plan specifications, and drawings of the model(s). The builder further acknowledges that the design does not violate any copyright, property, or common-law rights of others, and indemnifies the Lee BIA against any third-party claims (including but not limited to copyright infringement) arising from inclusion of the model(s) or related drawings in Parade publications. All required photos, model details, and related materials must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025. Any changes or updates submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be accepted or reflected in Parade materials.
NO REFUNDS for entry fees will be issued after December 19, 2025.
