The Lee Building Industry Association is now preparing for the 37th annual Lee BIA Parade of Homes™ featuring model homes by some of Southwest Florida’s premier builders.

Bigger and better than ever, the 2023 Lee BIA Parade of Homes™ will offer residents and visitors the opportunity to explore a variety of exquisite homes in amazing neighborhoods. With single and multi-family homes priced from just over $200,000 to several million dollars, there will be a home for everyone in the 2023 Lee BIA Parade of Homes.™

About the Lee Building Industry Association

The Lee Building Industry Association, a not-for-profit organization representing Lee, Hendry and Glades counties, is a powerful voice for the building industry in the regulatory arena. Membership in the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders is automatic upon joining the Lee BIA. These combined memberships provide a seamless, constant flow of information – at the state and national levels – to the local office and directly to the membership, providing status on pertinent actions affecting the industry. The Lee BIA is a visible force in the communities where its members live and work.
